Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of registering a NEW STUDENT for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.
PLEASE NOTE: This enrollment process is NOT for students who are currently or have previously enrolled in any Tracy Unified School District schools. This Online Enrollment is for NEW STUDENTS who have never enrolled in any TUSD schools.
In order to use this Online Enrollment process, you MUST have a valid address within TUSD school boundaries.
To get started registering a new student click the "Enroll a New Student" button.
This process takes approximately 20 - 30 minutes. If you are unable to complete the process, you may log out and resume at a later time. Any information previously entered will be saved for your convenience.
If you would like to continue this online enrollment process, reprint, or review previously entered student information, please click the "Login" button.
If you have previously enrolled a student and would like to add another student, please click the "Enroll A New Student" and sign in using your existing account.
After you complete the Online Enrollment, you are REQUIRED by your assigned school to provide PROOF OF RESIDENCE before the enrollment is fully completed. Other information will also be gathered at the assigned school.
